The property was as advertised. Good location next to a golf course and short drive to downtown Spruce Pine, a beautiful mountain town that has fully recovered from Helene. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

The house was beautiful and the location was absolutely stunning! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely go back. The only thing that guests should be aware of is that there were no amenities like soap, extra toilet paper, trash bags or wine glasses. It was a quick trip to the store to get what we needed but it would have been nice to be prepared ahead of time. Would definitely recommend!

The home was clean, well equipped, and was just like the pictures. Good location for Spruce Pine and surrounding area. Multiple decks and lots of parking. We had a great time and found our home to be quiet and comfortable.Thanks.

Comfort on the golf course

This house is very homey feeling. The beds are very comfortable! We love that it’s right across from the golf course and we were able to walk on the cart paths in the morning. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Roomy Updated house on Golf Course

We had a great time. The house was spacious and plenty of room for our 4 adults and small child. We mainly used the house to come home to in the evenings because there were plenty of places to go to for entertainment during the day. The house is on the golf course if you want to play golf and the country club restaurant is excellent.

Cleanliness excellent. Access to Grassy Creek Golf Course was just a short several minute walk across the street. Everything was as stated and shown in the listing.

The house was nice. Mostly private. The cars can only park in the driveway or in front of the garage. That is a bit dangerous as our cars were dinged with golf balls! The golfers act like it is your fault "for living on the golf course." I do think owners should make the garage available to guest for safety of their vehicles and their heads. I had just bought a brand new 2025 Denali Ultimate. The last thing you want is for it to get hit by golf balls. Other than that, the house was comfortable.
