Mountian View Royal Park Lodgings great place for single person or couples

A unique mountain retreat is waiting for your stay. Mountain View Royal Park Lodgings offers mountain views in a cozy well-maintained manufactured mobile home park. Nestled in the View Royal area of Victoria BC. Guests will have their own bedroom and bathroom. Guests will share the kitchen/living/dinning areas as well as outdoor patios with the host.
My place is a noticeably quiet park and not on a busy street. You can hop on a bus with easy access from my place or take one of three taxi services with competitive rates.
You can wonder down to a Thrifty grocery store in 11-minutes. Adventure to the ocean in 10-minutes or drive in five-minutes. Experience our shopping malls, Inner harbour, and other popular tourist attractions. For the golf players, get your hole in one at a course in proximity or others in Victoria.
A one-day complimentary continental breakfast is a little welcome on the first morning.
Drift into deep sleep on a new comfy queen bed with quality sheets in a nicely decorated bedroom. Walk into the bathroom right across the hall from the bedroom. Soak in a spa like tub with a glass of wine or sing while having a steamy refreshing shower then dry off with the fluffy towels provided.
Dining in? Grab a drink from a brand-new fridge to sip on while cooking your favorite dish in a fully equipped kitchen. For casual dinning eat in the kitchen or on a dining table seating for six in a spacious dining area facing the living room. Gaze out the windows and check what is happening outside.
It is wintertime in Victoria. You will be warm and toasty due to a new Heating/AC pump recently installed. Chill out with your delightful book near a non wood burning Fireplace.
Watch TV or listen to music. Connect to a Fast Wi-Fi. No cable, just hook up your phone to the Smart TV to access your apps like Netflix. Or Play X box or card and board games provided.
Choose one of two outdoor decks. The first deck you can cook on the barbeque and eat on the dining table for four. The second deck has eating/lounging space with a SUNNY MOUNTAIN VIEW and yard space.
I live on the property with one friendly cat he is mostly an outdoor cat but comes home to eat, sleep and cuddles. My bedroom and personal bath area is located at the back of my home away from your bedroom and bath. I do occasional contract work and will be away from the home on these days and at times away over night to visit friends and family.
Want the place to yourselves for a one afternoon/night or two days max. Or you would like to invite family/friends for dinner limited to six persons in total. I am open to discussing your requests. For guests on business or short-term training contacts you can work in a well lighted designated workspace if you work from home.
Feel comfortable to smoke cigarettes or cannabis. Smoking is off limits inside the home so a designated area on outside front patio is assigned for quests.
