Welcome to Parnwell Villa Apartment, a spacious, self-contained retreat offering privacy, comfort, and convenience. The apartment features its own private entrance and undercover parking, making your stay both easy and secure.
The apartment is beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home. Inside, you’ll find a generous master bedroom with a double wardrobe, plus a well-appointed bathroom located off the hallway. The spacious living area includes two king single beds, a dining space, and a kitchenette.
For longer stays, the kitchenette is well equipped with everything you need, including a convection microwave, twin on-bench hob with pots, fry pan, electric fry pan, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger, and a complete set of cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
The living area opens onto a covered outdoor space overlooking the garden — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Families will love Adler Reserve - a park with a children’s play area just across the road.
Located in the quiet, leafy suburb of Ohauiti, it is close to many of the Bay of Plenty’s top attractions — the Crossing Mall, Tauranga City Centre, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Mount Maunganui Beach, and Papamoa Beach — all are within easy reach. The accommodation was very clean, well presented and spacious. Location was ideal for us attending an event in Welcome Bay and visiting family in Gate Pa. Communication with Amit before and after our stay was appreciated. We highly recommend this accommodation and would stay again.
