The condo comes fully furnished with bath towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, TVs, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms feature quartz countertops, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size stackable washer and dryer.
The kitchen island offers extra seating and a great gathering space. Pellet grill on patio, pellets not provided.

Policies & Requirements

• Renters must be 25+. Children welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
• Valid ID and credit card must be presented before receiving check-in instructions.
• Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.
• No pets.

Wristbands & Parking:
This condo receives 8 wristbands (required while on property) and 2 parking passes. One covered, assigned spot is guaranteed. Additional parking is first-come, first-served in any unmarked space. Security patrol is on site.
