A charming vintage duplex that retains it's original character while offering a warm cottage feel. Located at The Point Emerald Isle. Easy walk to Two Beach Accesses. Great Sunrise and Sunset Views. Ocean and Sound Views. Off season Driving access (check with Town of Emerald Isle). Fishing, or just weekend getaway. Great access to Coast Guard road 2.5 mile walk, run, or bike path. This is an original older home. Quiet neighborhood. Screened in porch. Upper deck with chairs/lounge chairs. kitchen with full size refrigerator, full size stove/oven, microwave, dish washer and Keurig. Clothes washer and dryer. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
This is an East and West side duplex and there is a homeowner that lives in the west side.
**We do not provide towels or linens.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please make sure to return Key to Key Locker..

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests need to use the outdoor shower and garbage bins labeled "East".

Check out is 10 am promptly. Our cleaning company is there to clean at 10 am. Failure to do so may result in late check out fee of $95.
