Spacious Valley Retreat just outside Nelson BC. Pet-friendly!
Lovely, spacious and newly updated Kootenay home situated on 2.5 rural acres. 15 minute drive to Nelson (25 to Castlegar), 5 minutes to Taghum Beach and Morning Mountain trails, and 30 minute drive to Whitewater Ski Hill.
The house is clean, cozy and well-equipped, ready for you to put your feet up and relax in! The open concept kitchen/living room is great for group hangouts as well is the large covered deck with dining table and chairs, bbq and outdoor couch.
You get the whole 3 bedroom house and its deck to yourself.
The rest of the property is shared with the owner's family, and includes expansive lawns surrounded by a garden, a fire pit and a childrens' playground (shared with owners' kids). Owner's house is separated from the guest house by lawn and a few trees (about 30 metres away).

Wash all dishes and start dishwasher
Garbage can stay in the kitchen pantry or go in the shed in the driveway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
