The property is not as described. It is actually in someone's backyard and there is no cell service either. We have been trying to get a refund from the host for a week because we never actually stayed at the property, but they are very difficult to get a hold of and have given us no help.

Most vacation rentals are on host property. All you had to do is cancel reservations as it's not up to the host to cancel for you. We don't book or cancel. When I talked to vrbo assistant they said you could have cancelled and received a refund so don't blame the host. And why you didn't show up I don't know as I was messaged two different reasons .
