Parking Limitations:

Parking at this property is limited to 35 feet of tandem space located directly beneath the house (approximately two vehicles). Please ensure that all vehicles fit within this designated area.   In addition, the HOA provides two shared parking spaces that are allotted to this property and available on a first-come, first-served basis. These spaces are not guaranteed and may be occupied by other guests or residents. Important: Parking in any undesignated area will result in a $100 fine, strictly enforced by the HOA.

Your beach rental is located approximately 1 mile south of the Surf City highrise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Public beach access is located between 1138 & 1140 S Shore Drive, Surf City, NC 28445.
