House was very clean and neat with everything you would need. Plenty of beds and all kinds of games and things for the kids to do. The pool was great and the whole property felt like home. Great place!

This is a great place to stay, With 7 adult children and 7 grandkids there was enough room for us all, The hosts are gracious and kind. My grandkids love swimming in the pool. There were enough pool towels and bath towels. The best part for me, my whole family fits and we can enjoy each other. Three full bathrooms keep the fights down. I would recommend staying here, even with a smaller family. It is nice and peaceful.

So much space!!

This is beautiful country. Saw two deer in the front yard. The home is spacious and clean. Plenty of room for large family gatherings. This is a straight shot to Roaring River for the trout fisherman. Just a little over an hour to Branson. Host was very hospitable. Lots of cooking and kitchen equipment.

The property was adequate for our needs and everything was as described. The house is in serious need of maintenance however. Soft spot on kitchen floor marked as a warning with painters’ tape. Many places “repaired” with wood grain tape. Loose door knobs and faucets. Ceiling fan in box waiting to be hung with bare wires exposed.

We enjoyed our stay here. You felt like you were at home or your grandmothers house. They provide just about anything you could need to cook any meal in the kitchen. They provide hair dryers and straighten irons in every bathroom. Soap and shampoo. Plenty of towels. They also provide lots of beach towels for the pool. The host is very friendly. The home was clean. I feel we will be back. It’s a straight shot to Roaring River for trout fishing and about an hour from Branson. Very convenient for us and what we did. Highly recommend this home.
