Stunning Self-contained with Garden

North-facing ground floor unit built under a historic horse-breeder’s villa in Three Kings.

Sunny, quiet, fully independent living space with off-street parking and a spacious outdoors patio and private garden.

Furnished with gorgeous oak flooring, luxurious super-king bed in a separate bedroom, leather sofa-bed suitable for a child 15 years or under, and hand-picked vintage lamps and art-work.

Sleeps up to 3 people - the seperate bedroom features a super king Spine Supporter mattress for an amazing night’s sleep; the sofa bed has a double mattress made of high-density foam. Beautifully soft high-thread-count bamboo sheets add to the luxury.

Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction cooktop and cookware, oven, dishwasher, baking ware, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, crockery, cutlery. Tea and plunger coffee supplied.

Washing-machine /dryer combo in laundry cupboard. BBQ available if you would like.

Bathroom features a rain shower (Perrin & Rowe tapware) and a barn door made of recycled matai flooring from the main villa.

DVS / heatpump system for heating, cooling and fresh air; double-glazed low UV windows; two sets of French doors opening onto a spacious patio.

Fantastic location - 2 mins to the Hillsborough on/off-ramp, 20 mins to the airport, 10 mins to the inner CBD. 2 minutes walk to a supermarket, dentist, A&E, hairdresser, mechanic, pet shop, takeaways etc, yet far enough off the road to be quiet and secluded.

We’ve built this space meticulously, and we really look forward to hosting you.

Guests have access to this entire unit property and private garden / patio as well as a dedicated off street car park. Please be considerate with noise at all times; we have neighbours who are elderly or have small children. The whole site is non smoking/non-vaping thank you = )

Please don't hesitate to say hi, or to stop and talk if you'd like, including if you see us around the grounds. If you have any needs we can be reached either via the Airbnb message app, or by knocking on the front door if we are home.

The unit is 1min walk from a shopping precinct including: supermarket (Countdown), dairy, hairdresser, mechanic, laundromat, takeaway outlets, and gym and restaurants.

2min walk from bus routes to both the airport and city CBD. 2min drive from motorway on ramp to airport which takes between 15 - 20min.

There are chickens and a Huntaway dog in the main garden belonging to the villa above the unit. They're all friendly and likely to poke their noses at some stage through the picket fence to say hello.
