Wonderful Apartment

Thank you Serge for a great stay in your beautiful apartment. We used it as a base to explore the Calanques, Cassis, Bandol, Marseille city center and a game of rugby! Serge was very helpful and responsive. Bakery round the corner for morning croissant and quiches, swims in the sea every day and marvelous lunches along the coast. Chez Paul for bouillabaisse. Merci beaucoup. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Beautiful Marseille apartment

This apartment has everything you need as a family. The electric blinds, aircon and washing machine fantastic extras. The location is a couple of minute walk to the beaches with a little shop on your road and restaurants and bars round the corner. The parking space is small however so much safer than finding parking on the road. We used the little ferry from point rouge into the old port marseille at only 5 euro per adult which was a great way to get into central marseille. I would recommend this apartment 100% it was close to everything but far enough away from the busy main street so relaxing in the evening. If we holiday here again i will be asking Serge if his apartment is free for sure.

A charming refuge in a busy city

We had a lovely stay in Marseille thanks to Serge and his wonderful apartment. Our family of three fit neatly into the two bedrooms. The living space was comfortable and we enjoyed coffee and breakfast before starting our days' adventures. The shower was especially nice and hot, and our young son made sure we did a few loads of laundry after more adventureous outings. The private parking spot was also a time-saver. The location is on a narrow lane, so bringing our rental car in took some care. However, having a place to load suitcases and never have to look for street parking was a major time saver. The location is wonderful and we were able to walk to a market, restaurants, creperie, and the bus stop when we wanted to head downtown. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here for a visit to Marseille. Thank you, Serge!

The Absolute Best Part of Our Trip to France

This apartment in Marseille is not just a place to stay; it's a destination in itself. A true gem. As we approached it from the outside we were a bit concerned but once we entered the apartment, we were swept away by the beauty and charm. Every aspect of the apartment created a space that was both comfortable and inviting.When we stepped out onto the balcony we were greeted by a stunning view of the water that was simply awe-inspiring at sunset. It was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and a glass of wine at sunset. The apartment location is unbeatable. We spent a few days exploring the charming streets of Marseille and another just relaxing inside the apartment. The decor is tasteful, stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, the living space is cozy and inviting. The bedrooms are a peaceful retreat. Serge, our host, went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was everything we hoped for and more. I accidentally broke a marble topped table on the balcony and I was mortified. I quickly found another, purchased and ordered it to be delivered. But when I told him of the accident, instead of him expressing disdain, he was understanding and thanked me for my efforts to make it right. He then encouraged me not to let it worry me or ruin my stay. I could not thank him enough. His warm hospitality and genuine care for us made us feel welcome and at home away from home. This stay was truly an exceptional experience.

L'appartement proposé par Serge correspond exactement aux photos et descriptif de l'annonce. Il est très bien équipé : on s'y sent comme à la maison et très propre.Il est situé dans un quartier calme (impasse) avec tous les commerces à proximité (très bonne boulangerie, boucherie,petits supermarchés, restaurants).Le bus est également au bout de la rue, très pratique pour se déplacer sans voiture.Serge est un hôte extraordinaire, très sympathique.Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation

Appartement tres agréable

Très bel apparetement correspondant parfaitement à la description qui en est faite. Très sympa, très propre. Tout est mis à disposition par le propriétaire pour passer un sejour très agréable. Très bien placé dans un environnement calme : proche plages, commerces, calanques... Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire Serge. Disponible pour toutes questions, rien à redire. Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Die Kommunikation hat bestens geklappt. Die Wohnung würde ich mir zu Hause genau so Einichten, einfach nur schön und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sogar privaten Parkplatz am Haus!! Tolle Ausgangslage für viele schöne Ausflüge.

Großstadt, Berge und Meer

Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten - sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet! Die Ausstattung hochwertig und umfangreich, wunderschönes Geschirr und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, die uns der Gastgeber Serge großzügig zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, in einer Ferienwohnung zu sein, sondern eine Wohnung nutzen zu dürfen, die jemand für sich selbst liebevoll eingerichtet hat. Serge war außerdem hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Von der Wohnung aus hat man Blick auf das Meer. Die die Verkehrsanbindung in die Calanques und nach Marseille ist gut. Auch eine Station für Leih-Räder gibt es in der Nähe. Nur zur Information für Urlauber, die kein französisch sprechen: Die Informationen auf Fewo-direkt und der französischen Webseite Abritel sind nicht ganz identisch.

parfait pour découvrir Marseille, autrement

Nous étions 4 et l’appartement était parfait pour une nouvelle visite à Marseille plus accès sur les calanques, les goudes (a pied + la navette maritime au retour) le stade vélodrome (a pied), mais aussi le vieux port avec la navette fluviale. La vue sur la mer et les iles du Frioul est appréciable + la terrasse pour le petit dej. tous les commerces sont à proximité, restaurant compris. La situation de l’appartement un peu en retrait du boulevard en fait un environnement calme. Super séjour, merci !

Superbe location!

La maison est très spacieuse, avec deux balcons spacieux pour se reposer dans un hamac ou y déjeuner/dîner à 3/4. La mer est au bout de la rue et en ligne de mire depuis la cuisine, magnifiques couchers de soleil à la clé! Serge et sa compagne ont été extrêmement accueillant et chaleureux. Très belle location.
