The places is fixed up nice. Clean and comfortable. The stairs going up to the apt. are a little shaky. The bathroom shower/ tub leaks. We made sure to have a towel down. Kitchen was small, but worked great for us.we would stay again.

The space was ok. Adequate to our needs. Parking was good. The kitchen was small but had most needed items. The unit as a whole would feel more comfortable with some upkeep and updating. The bathroom has wood trim needing to be replaced. A shower mat would prevent slip falls. The outside stairs need new treads.

Thank you for staying with us and for the detailed feedback. We're glad the space worked for your needs, and that parking was easy. We take the safety notes seriously — we're having the outside stairs re-treaded, and we'll make a shower mat available on request for guests who'd like the extra traction. Really appreciate you flagging those specifics; it helps us prioritize. One thing worth mentioning for future guests: the Clara Munson House is over 100 years old, and part of what we love about it — and what many of our guests tell us they love too — is that character and history. We work to keep it well-maintained, but it won't have the feel of a newly built hotel room, and we want folks to know that going in. If a more modern, uniform experience is what you're looking for, there may be better-suited options out there, and that's completely fair. Thanks again for taking the time to write this up.
