We had a great time. The house was wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. The management team was great. Would highly recommend.

This was my families first time staying at Windsor Island. This house was so beautiful. The pictures were spot on. The decor was amazing and the property was very clean. The Island is very family oriented equipped with something for everyone to do from infants to older adults! The house was very clean and was equipped with all of the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. There were a few things, the pool skimmer was broke ( we did get a replacement in 14 hours) the start button on the dryer stopped working that was replaced within 14 hours. The ice maker stopped working which was a bit of an inconvenience considering it was very hot outside. The door code wasn’t that easy to use either so having directions would be great. The hot water didn’t get really hot, not even early in the morning. One of the biggest issues was the televisions. We had so many issues trying to log in to watch tv using our subscriptions because a prior guest was logged in with a pin that stopped anyone from accessing the television. Communication with the host was via email for emergencies which was not fully explained. The repairs were taken care of as quickly as the host could get someone out. The ice maker and television issue lasted the duration of our stay. Overall we really enjoyed the house and the amenities the Island offered. I will definitely be back.
