Quiet location on Lake Manitouwabing, private cove with large decking to accommodate guests. Deep water perfect for swimming off of dock. This newly renovated 4 bdrm cottage has all the amenites, a home away from home. Large Muskoka room to enjoy
quiet nights listening to sounds of the evening. Approx two acres orivate acres at the end of the privateroad.Enjoy cooking in the new custom kitchen while looking at the scenery of lake and forest. Kayaks and canoe included, large tv in a spacious living room to enjoy evenings or sit by an outdoor fire while gazing at the stars.5 minute drive to the town of Mckellar, with a pizza cafe, general store with LCBO and enjoy the summer mckellar farmers market every Saturday during the summer. A 20 minute drive to parry sound to enjoy local testaurants, shops or walk around the pier where the famous Princess cruise is docked ready for daily excursions to the Georgian bay islands.
