Pine Point is a 5 minute boat ride from Lamoreaux Landing where free parking is available for the duration of your stay.
The Lake House at Pine Point is fully self-sufficient and offers modern conveniences such as Starlink Wi-Fi, solar electricity and drinking water, so the only thing you need to worry about is how you want to spend the day relaxing. The cottage includes a water taxi at the beginning and end of your stay. For those who have their own boat, you are welcome to bring it and make the most of the cottage’s water access only setting. Whatever your summer getaway needs, the Lake House at Pine Point is the perfect choice for those looking to enjoy the cottage life.
Overlooking the opening of Green’s Bay, the Lake House Cottage includes use of the Lake House and its accompanying bunkie. With a total of 4 bedrooms, there’s ample space for family and friends. You’ll be greeted each morning with unbeatable east-facing sunrises through large windows that illuminate the cottage’s 10ft tall ceilings.
Inside the Lake House is a fully stocked kitchen including a propane stove and oven as well as a refrigerator and freezer. There are two bedrooms equipped with a queen and double bed, a dining room capable of seating 8, a living room, a full bathroom and a screened in porch that faces the lake. The whole building is powered by its solar system and has access to safe drinking water. The Lake House bunkie has two bedrooms each with a double bed.
