Centrally located 20mins drive to Sydney Harbour Bridge/Opera house, 6 min drive to station and 25mins drive to the nearest beach.
A beautiful NNE facing (sunny) property situated in the She Oak Reserve in Kur-ring-gai with spectacular views of the Reserve which surrounds the property. The bush is home to Wallabies, birds and all of the natural sounds.
Please feel free to message me/request dates with your group size and requirements. I can accommodate most options and group sizes and provide affordable pricing at my property to enhance your stay in Sydney. This is a great spot to stay, we had 14 people for New year.
The property is on 3 floors, (474sqm) is double brick, well insulated making it very quiet inside and comfortably accommodating for larger groups or families.
For 1 to 8 people we use the lower ground floor and middle floor. This includes Bedroom, 1, 2 and 3, Kitchen , Lounge 1, 2 laundry's, patio and Balcony 1, both dining areas
The top floor is unavailable to book directly please contact me for larger groups. For 9 to 14 people. The top floor is used. Not available for 1 to 8 people. This includes Bedroom 4, 5, Lounge 2, Balcony 2.
The full house has 5/6 large bedrooms much bigger than the average property size at 474sqm of actual living space. All of the rooms have queen beds and the option of another bed or mattress or airbed that can be additionally added. There are also 3 separate lounges. 12 to 14 people can fit comfortably in the property.
There are 3 separate lounges in the property which can be used as an office space quiet reading area or music room.
All rooms have their own private access from the outside.
Large Bi-fold doors across the entire rear of the property on each floor giving it a very open indoor/outdoor feel with access to the bush and pool at the rear of the property.
There is a wrap-around balcony with outside dining area, plus BBQ facilities as well as front and rear gardens, views down the valley.
There is a large 10 x 4 mtr pool which is currently being resurfaced and re-fenced and should be open to all guests in May 2026. None of the work affects the house guests.
A tranquil bush setting away from all the traffic and noise and flight paths.
Public transport is also available. 6 mins walk to the 556 bus (Lindfield Station to Redfield Rd), 15mins to the 194 bus (Springdale Rd). Journey time to the city is 20 to 25 mins by train.

Why they chose this property
Primarily we chose the area because of the central location into and around Sydney and the good schools in the area. We can easily get to most places and the train is an essential part of access to the city for festive events such as the New Years Fireworks.
