About this property

Your Getaway to Paradise

Welcome to my home in Paradise! There is truly no place else than Crested Butte I would rather be. You will have this very clean and quiet condominium all to yourself. Downstairs is a comfortable living room area and full kitchen. There is also a bathroom and stand-up shower located on the first floor. The wireless internet works well and there is cable TV, lots of games and a bluetooth stereo for you to connect to. There are two bedrooms with queen beds located upstairs with a bathroom/shower. In the common area within the housing association is a volleyball net, common BBQ area for all guests to enjoy, a large yard to play, and a beautiful new sitting area by a pond to watch sunrises and sunsets. There is a washer/dryer for you to use as well. You have one parking spot available for your stay. If you have additional cars, the HOA charges an extra $20 for the length of your stay per vehicle. NO PETS are allowed at this rental, sorry for any inconvenience. We also use an ionizer on each floor in between stays that kills most germs, bacteria, and viruses.

Nice stay with easy access to National Forest

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin's property. We were specifically looking to be in South Crested Butte to be near the Cement Creek area for easy access to single track on our motorcycles. There was a (non-critical) issue with the condo our first morning, but Kevin was on it right away and we didn't miss a beat. This isn't a criticism of the property, but rather a compliment of the owner for quickly making things right.

Perfect mountain retreat

One of the best VRBO rentals ever! So many great amenities and thoughtful extra touches to make our stay perfect. Clean & cozy condo with plenty of extra linens & towels, etc - fun decor with lots of books & games. Easy walk to coffee, store, and a restaurant with outdoor dining. We enjoyed the badminton & volleyball area in the condo common space. So appreciated the extras like masks, hand sanitizer, toothbrushes & toothpaste and the Camp4 Coffee was such a treat! Thank you so much! ☺️

Perfect fit for our needs

We stayed there 2 nights for a late summer fishing float trip. The property had nice features for entertainment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The shower in the lower bathroom is definitely a plus. Not a large place, but you're not staying in CB to hang out in your accommodations :) Thanks to the owners for the great place to stay!

Convenient and well appointed!

We stayed 2 nights for some easy access to the vast dirt trail system close by. If we had brought groceries, we wouldn’t have had to go anywhere. There were quite a few details the owner had the set it apart from a few others we’ve stay at before.
