Very private 2.5 acre waterfront property with a 4000sq ft modern rustic cottage located on a private road featuring nice sandy beach allowing you access to the **Trent-Severn Waterway**, a historic canal system that is the most scenic boating route with unique locks system.
Free to use kayaks , paddleboat, pedal boat and bicycles.
Pets are allowed with pre-approval only.
