We loved your property! It was very spacious and accommodating for all of our family. The beautiful shallow entry into the lake and beach were perfect for our grandkids. The adults loved the lake and paddle boards. We would love to come back again. Many thanks 💕the Beans
Beautiful lake front, spacious cottage with everything you could possibly need from ages 3 to 75.
Our family made lasting memories from volleyball, swimming, canoe, hot tub to local attractions like Santa’s Village, Taboo golf, wake boarding and much more. We will definitely be returning!
Paul and Dianne are so kind and very responsive!
This spot made for the perfect weekend with family. We wanted to find a spot to celebrate a family member’s 25th anniversary and it worked out so well. A huge fully stocked kitchen allowed us to make some great meals.
The amenities made it so much fun for everyone. The lake was so beautiful and clean. Paul and Diane were great hosts. Would highly recommend!

Great location and activities
Perfect location for a guys golf weekend! Nice private residence with reasonable access to amenities.
Owners are exceptionally pleasant to deal with as well.
Cannot recommend enough!
Everything about the cottage and the hosts was above expectations. We had so much fun playing beach volleyball, fishing, gathering around the fire and had everything we needed to make great meals. There was lots of activity, toys and a play area for the kids (1-5 years old).
The hosts were great to deal with and went beyond what we expected to make our stay memorable. We will be back again next year.
The property was wonderful and had everything we needed for a cottage vacation. Cottage needs some updates and some maintenance but nothing that prevented our enjoyment.
The property is very large. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our weekend sitting by the lake, playing volleyball, bbqing, spending time with family. We loved the hot tub and karaoke. Very close to all amenities and had the opportunity to attend a concert at Rama and a round of golf. Will definitely be booking again next summer.
Our family enjoyed the cottage for a week and had a great stay. All the bedrooms are downstairs and stayed cool through the heat wave we had. The beach/waterfront is great for little ones to play and explore. Clearwater Lake is a small but very beautiful lake with great paddling and fishing opportunities. Highly recommended!
This time we were nine friends and all agreed to take this cottage at Muskoka and we were not disappointed. The owner is very responsive and would go all the way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage has enough beds to accommodate all with individual bed. It is clean and the lake view is beautiful. Based on the number of people it can take with over all facilities it's well priced. We would not hesitate to go again.
Booked this cottage last minute for a large family getaway. Location is great - About 90 minutes' drive for most of the family from the GTA. Cottage was spacious, clean, and kid friendly which was important as the weather had us indoors most of the time. Kitchen /Dining was well equipped and room to easily seat the 10 in our group. Hot tub and fire table added to the winter experience when we were able to get outside. Beds were very comfortable. Great lake views. Hosts very responsive. Would like to go again in the summer or fall.
A lovely spot to connect with our kids and grandkids!! The water was a hit so close and shallow for little ones to enjoy. The volleyball was a hit with the older “kids”. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Would love to return!!!
We were 3 generations that stayed at this property for the second time. The house is very clean and has all the amenities of home. Great location, right on the water, which is a beautiful clean lake. Close to town. Owners were very easy to communicate with. We all had a great time and hope to go back next year. Thanks for a fabulous family experience and lots of good memories.
Photos don't do this place justice! Bedrooms were perfect for our group. The "Great room" was perfect for large family gathering. Windows everywhere! The lake is shallow enough for the young ones, but not too shallow that the older ones couldn't have fun too! Clearwater Lake is just what it's named with a sandy bottom...nice to walk out and float around. We had a great week.
The bedrooms and beds, bathrooms, etc. were good. Living area and Kitchen had some issues. The kids enjoyed the lake, canoe, kayak and beach. The lake was perfect for the kids - shallow, clean, and our teenage grandson actually caught his first fish.
Our family recently stayed at this lovely cottage and we all had a fabulous time. The house is large, well-equipped and spotless.
We had toddlers and children and 6 Adults, plenty of room for us all. The sandy beach area was great for the little ones, as was the shallow water. The big kids enjoyed the volleyball court. The property is close to town if you forget anything. We highly recommend this place and thank the owners (who were great to deal with) for the use of of their cottage for our special family vacation.

Suitable for family vacation with children
The six bedrooms, two bathrooms will accommodate a large family group. Upper level is spacious with large picture windows looking out to the lake, well equipped kitchen and entertainment area.
Outdoor facilities - volleyball court, childrens play equipment, canoes, furniture, and gently sloping beach were appreciated.
Some maintenance issues were/are being addressed.
The location was great with groceries available nearby in Washago. The cottage fit us perfectly with its six bedrooms which stayed cool during the hot days. The only down side was if there were kids running on the upper level they might disturb late sleepers below. The water access was very shallow which was perfect for small children. There were deer flies which were annoying but expected with hot weather. The owners/managers were just down the road and were readily available for any questions.
Paul and Diane's cottage is exactly what we were hoping for as an extended family (parents, adult children and spouses, and grandchildren). A beautiful lakeview, with plenty of sand and a long, gradual sandy entrance to the water. The young ones ( 3 and 5 years old) could wade and play with the sand toys, while the adults could make good use of the canoe, paddleboards, and inflatable kayak. On rainy days, the living area was spacious enough to give us all the opportunity to be inside, without feeling like we were living on top of one another. The beds were all comfortable with newer, quality mattresses. The kitchen was well-stocked. Paul and Diane reached out several times to ensure we had everything we needed, and to make us aware of events taking place around the lake the week we were there. Highly recommended for those with young children!
