Accommodation is thoughtfully zoned for comfort and privacy. Offering 3 well-appointed bedrooms in the main house as well as a separate guest house/pool house enhances the experience, complete with two single bunk beds, pool table, TV/living space which creates a versatile space for extended family or teenagers seeking their own retreat.

Outdoors, a new and private swimming pool is framed by manicured lawns and established coastal gardens. Multiple entertaining zones, including a dedicated firepit area, provide beautiful spaces to gather, unwind and enjoy long Peninsula evenings.
Located moments from Portsea’s pristine ocean beach as well as walking distance to Portsea village, Portsea Hotel and shops, this fantastic beach house offers an elevated short-stay experience in one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most coveted destinations.
