Stay within easy reach of central Wānaka in this comfortable top-floor apartment, around a 10-minute walk from town and approximately 850 m from Lake Wānaka. The private balcony has an outlook towards the mountains, and Mount iron from the kitchen window. Sleeping up to eight guests, the apartment has two bedrooms with one queen bed in each, a new queen memory-foam sofa bed in the living area and a double air bed. The living space includes a Smart TV, books and board games. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, and practical comforts include underfloor heating, gas hot water, Wi-Fi, portable fans, a washing machine and dryer. Secure covered Car Park 23 is included. Please note that the apartment is on the second and top floor and is accessed by stairs only; there is no lift. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves, with self check-in and support through your booking platform. Please respect our neighbours and house rules; parties and events are not permitted.
