General:
-No pets
-No smoking or vaping indoors
-Lock all doors/windows when leaving
-Turn off heating, electric blankets, oven, etc. before checkout
-Report any damage or breakages
-Return key to lockbox
-Check-out is by 10:00 AM
-Quiet hours: 10:00 PM onward
-No unregistered guests or parties (Max. 8 guests)
-No tents, campervans, or motorhomes
-Deflate and store air bed before checkout
-Extra cleaning may incur a $60/hour fee
-Lost key fee: $50
-No elevator – apartment is on the 3rd floor
Winter:
-Store ski gear in locker downstairs (no skis, poles, or boots inside)
-No waxing skis indoors
