The main issue with this property is its proximity to the long metal bridge over a large ravine that leads to Mesa Park. The bridge is located right beside the front small driveway and is in constant use with bicycles and electric bikes pounding over the bridge and runners, walkers and lots of people going over the bridge. It is very noisy plus people just come off the path right through the driveway, even at night. Sometimes people congregate on the bridge to smoke, etc. It just isn't a very pleasant location in terms of noise and the number of people sometimes going through the small dead yard and driveway to get to the bridge. The park itself is ok, though periodically I did see a couple of homeless people sleeping on the ground. Of all the rentals I have done with this company, this is by far my least favorite one.
