Perched atop Peterborg between world-famous Magens Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, Villa Pallina offers sweeping Caribbean views, complete privacy, and relaxed luxury on St. Thomas. The villa comfortably hosts up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds, plus spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. Enjoy the pool, ocean breezes, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow throughout the home. Solar and whole-home backup power systems provide added comfort during your stay.

Inside the villa, guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout the estate, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxing and gathering together. The formal indoor dining area seats up to 10 guests, while the upper terrace offers alfresco dining for 10 overlooking Magens Bay. A second outdoor dining area on the lower terrace seats 6 for more casual poolside meals.

Just outside the kitchen on the upper level, guests will find both a traditional barbecue grill and a flat-top grill perfect for breakfast or sunset dinners, while a traditional barbecue grill is conveniently located near the pool terrace below. The lower terrace is centered around the saltwater pool, where guests can lounge in the sun, take in the panoramic bay views, and enjoy the Caribbean breeze.

Villa Pallina comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four private bedrooms and one additional sleeping area located within the casita apartment living space.

The main house features three bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king Tempur-Pedic Adapt Luxe Firm bed, stunning views overlooking Magens Bay, an updated ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, indoor seating area, and direct access to the upper terrace. The second bedroom, the Magens Guest Room, offers a queen bed, beautiful bay views, a seating area, terrace access, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with the third bedroom.

The third bedroom, the Garden Guest Room, features a king bed, garden views, peekaboo views of Magens Bay, and access to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. For additional flexibility, the king bed in this room can be converted into two Twin XL beds upon request. A nearby powder room is also conveniently located just outside the bedroom.

The lower-level casita apartment offers a private entrance with direct access to the pool terrace. Inside, the main living area includes a king bed along with a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, stovetop, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine. The casita also includes a private bedroom with a queen bed, a shared bathroom for casita guests, and access to a private terrace.

Please note: the king bed in the casita is located within the main living area and is shared space with guests staying in the casita’s private queen bedroom.

Although Villa Pallina is family friendly, guests traveling with young children should note that the property includes stairs and the pool area is not fully fenced.

Beyond the villa, St. Thomas offers endless opportunities for adventure and exploration. Guests can enjoy world-class snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving, boating excursions, and island hopping throughout the surrounding Caribbean waters. Historic attractions including Blackbeard’s Castle, Ninety-Nine Steps, and downtown Charlotte Amalie are all within easy reach.

Some of St. Thomas’ most beautiful beaches, including Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Coki Beach, Sapphire Beach, and Lindquist Beach, are all just a short drive away. Charlotte Amalie also offers excellent shopping, dining, nightlife, and ferry access, while the island’s scenic roads make it easy to explore every corner of St. Thomas at your own pace.

To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Villa Pallina and to comply with our insurance coverage and neighborhood guidelines, we are UNABLE TO HOSE WEDDINGS, PARTIES, OR EVENTS or gatherings of any kind. The villa has a strict maximum occupancy of 10 registered guests at all times, including daytime visitors who are not staying overnight. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a quiet and relaxing experience for all guests and neighbors.

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS: Holiday stays require a 7-night minimum. Reservations may not span two major holidays unless the booking is for 14 nights or longer. To allow our staff time to enjoy the holidays with their families, we are unable to accommodate check-ins on December 24, December 25, or Thanksgiving Day (observed).
