We rent our new villa in Les Abatilles for 8 people. <br>Located in a quiet environment, close to small shops and 10 minutes walk from the beach, or 5 min by bike.<br><br>The house is composed of <br>- A large living room / dining room <br>- A fully equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, oven, induction hob. <br>Crockery for 12 people.<br>Plenty of storage.<br>- A cellar with freezer, washing machine and dryer<br>- 4 bedrooms equipped with:<br>a 160 double bed upstairs<br>a 140 double bed upstairs<br>a 90 bunk bed upstairs<br>a double bed 140 on the ground floor with en-suite shower room. <br>- A separate toilet on the ground floor<br>- A shower room and a separate toilet upstairs.<br><br>The wooded garden, the wooden terrace, the heated swimming pool and the outdoor facilities will allow you to enjoy the beautiful summer days. <br><br>We provide a Weber BBQ<br><br>Linen is not provided but can be provided for a flat rate of 20€ per person.<br><br>Cleaning is mandatory at the end of the stay and is billed at 100€.<br><br>We do not accept pets in our accommodation.<br>No smoking.<br><br>Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
