Upon investigation, we found that the arrival instructions and key collection information had been sent to the personal email address associated with the booking. However, an automatic out-of-office response was received indicating that the email account was unattended at the time. We also attempted to contact you by phone, but unfortunately were unable to connect. To ensure you still received the necessary information, the arrival details were subsequently sent through the VRBO messaging portal, along with Bachcare contact numbers should any further assistance have been required.
