Cozy Beach Cottage with 3 Private Bedrooms, Screened Porch & Deck

Welcome to this cozy beach cottage! All hard wood floors, Each of the three private bedrooms ( 2 of which are off the screened porch area) have been updated and are comfortable. Ensuite bedroom features a queen bed, and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are off a private hall and share the 2nd bathroom. There is also a back deck with lounge chairs and table and chairs, a large screened porch perfect for a second hang out area for dinner guests with a dining table and more comfortable seating. Guest pays cleaning fee.

Guests can purchase a USD70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a USD3,000 refundable security deposit.
