I absolutely loved my stay at this condo. The location is absolutely perfect to the pool, beach, and local restaurants. The description of the condo is accurate and it had the perfect amount of amenities for my family. We can’t wait to return someday!

We had a great stay minus cooler temps, which of course, is out of everyone’s control! Laura was very responsive and accommodating. This property was well kept and well stocked. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is the 4th year we have stayed at the Royal Mansions and the 2nd time in this condo. Location is great, condo is clean and has everything you need to make our vacation great.

This condo was in a great location - loved watching the rocket launches from be beach! Laura's communication with us was excellent - quick and thorough. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay on the beach

This property was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. It was an easy walk to the pool & beach. The location was perfect; 2 mile walk to cocoa beach pier & 1 mile to jetty park. Laura was wonderful to work with & always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, security, and host!

Great location, safe, clean, and spacious. Host was very responsive through the whole process. Would highly recommend renting from Laurie, and look forward to staying here again

Wonderful

We stayed a month and loved this place. It was super clean and well stocked. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The condo is near the pool and beach access. We are looking forward to returning next year.
