Beautiful property and location. Del Mar did a bang up job on the remodel. Place was exquisite. Grest views!!!!

The house and property are lovely. The kitchen has a great view of the yard and water beyond. Sunrise is amazing. The property management company, Delmar are terrific to work with and very timely with communicating when needed. Sitting on the large deck having cocktail hour was great. The beach access from the property is alittle hard as the stone steps are steep and there’s no railing after the top but we managed and used the public beach access to get down to the beach and it was easier to go up the stone steps to get back home to the house. This property is in a beautiful neighborhood close to downtown Orleans with easy access to 6A to go up the outer cape or down to Chatham/Harwitch as well.
