Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Snow Summit Ski Resort, this tri-level condo offers both convenience and a central location. Walk right to the chair lift and ski, bike, or hike down for all-season sports and fun. Stroll through nearby shops and restaurants, with just a short drive to the Village and the lake.

LIVING SPACE
Spacious 1,500+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, dining table, bar seating, gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. A wall unit air conditioner keeps the space cool during the summer months.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.
