Absolutely vague,inaccurate check in information, car parking instructions vague and inaccurate, apartment bedding inadequate for sofa bed,pillow cases dity and stained.This apartment is directly on the motorway and around pubs clubs and extremely noisy with both hoon traffic and drunk patrons yelling all hours of the night,host very difficult to understand on phone,in short its a huge disappointment.

We sincerely apologise for the confusion regarding the check-in and parking instructions. We have already updated our check-in guide to make the information much clearer for future guests. We’re also sorry to hear about the bedding and the condition of the pillowcases. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will speak with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the noise, our apartment is located close to Darling Harbour and the city entertainment precinct, so there can unfortunately be some traffic and nightlife noise, especially on weekends. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. Once again, we’re sorry that your stay was disappointing.
