You’ll be a block from a bluff and a beach-access staircase in this wonderful family home near Olivia Beach in Lincoln City. With the home’s upper-floor living area, you’ll enjoy a wall of windows with fantastic views of the Pacific as you relax in the living room in front of a wood-burning fireplace and TV. A large, fully equipped kitchen has space for dining and food prep, and a barbecue on the deck, giving you the option of dining al fresco with an ocean view. Since you’re next to the Olivia Beach neighborhood, it’s an easy walk to the playground, fire pit and volleyball court, and just a few blocks to coffee, dining, and the Oregon Coast’s largest used bookstore. Hop in the car and you’ll be minutes away to the Chinook Winds Casino, outlet mall, and the many activities and beaches of the rest of Lincoln City.
