Set in a peaceful court, this professionally designed home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location. Whether you're here for a relaxing coastal getaway or a longer stay, you’ll feel instantly at home in this light-filled and beautifully curated space.



Inside, the home features generous open-plan living and dining areas, designed for both relaxation and connection. The interiors are modern yet warm, with quality furnishings and plenty of natural light throughout. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and entertain, while the living area includes TVs with complimentary Netflix already logged in for guest use. The alfresco courtyard provides the perfect outdoor area—ideal for morning coffee, long lunches, or unwinding in the evening after a day by the bay.



Comfort is well considered throughout the home, with a split system downstairs and portable electric heaters provided in each upstairs bedroom.

Located just minutes from Williamstown’s waterfront, you’ll have easy access to beaches, walking tracks, local cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops. The Melbourne CBD is also within easy reach, making this an ideal balance of coastal charm and city convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.



To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:



1. All guests are required to sign the Peachy Properties booking agreement prior to arrival.

2. For non-Airbnb bookings, a security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required. This will be released 7 days after checkout, pending property inspection.

3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking may be on the property at any time, with a strict maximum of 6 guests unless prior approval has been granted.

4. No parties, events, or unapproved gatherings are permitted at any time.

5. Loud music or any behaviour that may disturb neighbours is strictly prohibited at all times. Please note the property is fitted with noise monitoring alarms.

6. In accordance with local regulations, all outdoor areas must not be used after 10:00 PM.

7. Strictly no “schoolies”, bucks, or hens bookings are permitted under any circumstances.

8. Bookings are only accepted from groups aged 25 years and over.

9. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.

10. Parking is permitted only in designated areas on the property. Street and nature strip parking are not permitted. The property provides parking for up to two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway.

For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 7 days post. The bond is $1000.
