Walk to Beautiful Smiths beach, incredible modern, spacious open plan living with open fire and entertainers kitchen. Awesome outdoor pool table room. 4 bedrooms (main with ensuite), 2 living rooms (both with smart TVs and split system heating/cooling), 2 full bathrooms and additional outdoor shower. Perfectly set up for a family or two or group of friends wanting a beach side break.
An idyllic secure garden escape with outdoor dining, various nooks for reading a book or having a cocktail as well as off-street parking. A wonderful and fun outdoor pool room with pool table, seating and disco lights.
At the doorstep of all Phillip island attractions -penguins, nature parks, wineries. Amaze'n'things and go-karts.

10 mins walk to the amazing Smiths beach - perfect for surging, boogie boarding, swimming and beach fun.

3 BRs x Queen bed, 4th room has single bunk bed, single bed and spare mattress.

PLEASE NOTE. Guests need to bring own linens (top and bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels etc). Doonas with covers, mattress protectors and pillows are supplied. On request we may be able to provide full linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels) for extra $100 cost.
There is also no smoking in the property including in the outdoor pool room area.

Why they chose this property

We love the proximity to smiths beach with great surfing, boogie boarding and swimming. We love our house in a quiet culdersac and all the incredible activities available on the Island. From visiting the penguins or the nobbies, to strolling wetlands, to vibrant cafes and wineries or fun kids activities such as the koala sanctuary, wildlife Park or Amaze'n'things. We also love the go karts for some adenalin rush.

What makes this property unique

Perfect for entertaining and separate spaces to relax, watch tv or play games. Lovely garden and fun pool room and bar. Beautiful paintings throughout recognizing the talents of our mum/nannie.

A peaceful tranquil space but also a place to have fun and entertain. The garden and various outdoor/indoor seating options are a delight.
