Exactly how it was advertised! Excellent location! Walking distance everywhere ! Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation is provided. The spacious porch is perfect to enjoy the ocean view. Safe and fun environment. Own parking spaces provided. Efficient online portal and email communication. The only thing was one of the elevators were not working and there was a small construction going on that I wished we were told beforehand. No big deal! We will come back!

This location is with in walking distance of everything. This was our first time at Folly Beach and would recommend this location to anyone. Easy access, great location and across the street from the beach.

Great place to relax after a fun but hectic wedding in Charleston for our son and his beautiful bride! Very enjoyable venue and nice view of the ocean. Close and walkable to local shops and restaurants. Beach access right across the road and only regret was not staying longer!

Nice beach stay

The condo was clean, well appointed and had great beach access. I would suggest black out curtains in the bedrooms and bigger TVs including upgrading the 24inch in the main room. Overall very nice place with a great view of the ocean.

Great Location / Great Property!!

The property was amazing. All of the rooms were very roomy!! We truly enjoyed having the Beach across the street and area restaurants and bars right near us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted instead of having to drive. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings and in the evenings. Love, Love, Love this place and we will definitely be back to stay again!!
