We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful villa. It was absolutely immaculate when we arrived, extremely well equipped and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday.Bruno was a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming and excellent at communicating in the lead-up to our stay. After greeting us on arrival, we barely saw him. He occasionally visited early in the morning to check the pool and take care of a few things, but was always discreet and never intruded on our holiday.The pool was incredible and even larger than it appears in the photographs. The whole family made the most of it and it was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay.The villa is ideally situated on the edge of the village, with easy access to tracks through the surrounding vineyards—perfect for running or cycling. There are several lovely villages nearby, with plenty of excellent local restaurants and good supermarkets within easy reach. It is also a great base for days at the beach and trips to Narbonne, Béziers, Montpellier, Sète and Carcassonne.We had a truly wonderful time and made memories that will last a lifetime. We would happily recommend the villa to other families.

Villa in a charming village

We had a fabulous stay in this modern, clean and well equipped villa with a great garden and swimming pool. The village has a boulangerie and epicerie and supermarkets are a short drive away. We enjoyed the various excursions to beaches, medieval towns and mountain walks, which were all close by. Thank you Bruno and Star!

Nice property with plenty of outdoor space

Overall a good stay. House was presented to us well by owner. There was initially no Wi-Fi as advertised but owner promptly sorted this out. Supermarkets etc nearby. Only reason for not recommending would be that owner currently lives in this property as his home, he moves out while you stay and it makes it fill uncomfortable that you’re actually staying in his home. Hopefully in the future it will go back to being just a holiday rental property.

After reading Trina's comments i have to admit that i am surprised of her astonishment that it is my own home. Isofar i always make sure that the house is not only impeccable in cleanlisness and presentable, that also i always remove all of my personal belongings from view, storing them either away or in some storage facilities that are clearly separated and marked as private by removing the handles. Personally i have to say Trina was a good host, and left me the house clean, so no complaints appart from maybe one thing!!! It would have been nice to have been told before arriving that a big dog was also coming, not being in the contract i could have being difficult and instead i welcomed them

Late summer stay

We were looking for somewhere warm for late summer stay and found Bruno’s place. It suited us very well. Really nice pool and a sunny terrace. The swivelling umbrella provided shade on the terrace and there were various shady places in the garden where sun beds were located. The kitchen was very good. Pleased to have an espresso coffee machine - we had brought our own coffee grinder and so we had great coffee. The gas hob had one burner not working but I cleared the blocked gas outlet with a pin very easily. Minor irritation that a few lights in kitchen, on terrace and in garden were not working. Bruno should address that before each let. More annoying was that the shower tap was really tight. Cannot explain why. No way my wife could turn on the shower and so I would turn on shower for her and leave on until I had my shower. I needed to wrap a towel around the tap in order to turn shower on or off without hurting my hand. A silly defect the Bruno should fix. Overall I would stay here again. I would check that the shower tap was fixed and defunct light bulbs replaced. There was a Weber charcoal BBQ. The weather in mid September was great and so we asked Bruno if we could extend our stay by three days and he agreed. He had been prompt in answering our questions during the booking process and prior to our our arrival. There was a weekend end and then a public holiday for the Queens funeral and so I could not access my usual fx bank until the Tuesday. Even tho I had sent Bruno a copy of the fx contract confirming payment received from me and payment was being made to Bruno it was disconcerting to receive text messages and voicemails as we drove back to England referring to police reports for non payment. I am so used to being honest that being regarded as dishonest was an upsetting end to our stay. Would we stay there again? Yes. Would Bruno welcome us again? I really don’t know!

With regards to your comment about the payment, you must know full well that it was regarding the first one you made, the one that took effectively 15 mins, the one which to my surprise represented about 30% of the agreed figure. The second & final..... it was another story all together. I'd welcome you again with pleasure as long as your full stay would be organised through Abritel! Regards Bruno

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description et est même mieux en vrai!Elle était très propre, spacieuse et bien agencée. Mention spéciale pour les ventilateur installés dans la maison qui sont très agréables en cas de canicule. L’extérieur est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Notre fils et nous avons adoré la piscine. Les couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse étaient très agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité et on est à mi chemin de la mer et des Cévennes. Bruno est très amical et accueillant. C’était un plaisir! Merci pour tout.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances en famille avec nos deux petits chiens.La maison est magnifique, la piscine très agréable et l’endroit est un véritable petit coin de tranquillité. Nous avons adoré profiter de ce cadre calme et reposant.Un grand merci à Bruno pour sa gentillesse, c’était un vrai plaisir d’échanger avec lui. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Super séjour

Très chouette villa. Spacieuse. Belle et grande piscine. Hyper bien située, dans un village calme et pittoresque. Proche de la plage (30') et des endroits de visite. Propriétaire très sympa et accueillant.
