Welcome to 1323 Whitney Ave — a charming early-1900s Niagara Falls home with original French doors, a mantel fireplace, and hardwood-look floors, fully updated for modern comfort. Sleeps 7 across 3 bedrooms plus a sofa sleeper, just 5 minutes to downtown and 8 minutes to the Falls.
THE SPACE
This 3-bedroom single-family house spans two floors. The living room features a decorative mantel fireplace, sofa sleeper, and TV. The full kitchen is stocked with cookware and essentials. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use, and Central Heating and Window ACs keeps the rooms very comfortable. Out front is a covered porch, and out back a balcony with a swing — both perfect for morning coffee. The private rear parking pad fits up to 4 cars at no charge.
The home retains much of its original early-1900s character, including French doors and classic woodwork — full of charm, with the personality of an older build.
GUEST ACCESS
You'll have full, exclusive access to the entire home: all 3 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, covered front porch, and the private rear parking pad (4 spots, free). The whole space is yours (excluding basement and attic).
GETTING AROUND
A car is recommended, though downtown Niagara Falls is just 5 minutes away and the Falls are 8 minutes. Parking is free on the private rear pad.
