Perfect place

Lovely apartment and very well equipped Perfectly situated away from street noise but only a very short walk to bars and restaurants. Arnaud was there to meet us on arrival and very helpful informing us about local restaurants etc Apartment has all you need and a cute little outside roof terrace Only thing to be aware of are the stairs, not for the unfit or small children We will definitely book again if we are traveling that way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Property

Arnaud was a good host and his apartment was very conveniently located and as advertised online. The private balcony made a great difference in allowing us to enjoy a few meals outside and enjoy the good weather. Two small things to note however. Firstly we had to pay extra for sheets and towels (we had naively assumed that they would be automatically provided) and we also had some trouble with the front door which was difficult to open. Overall though, both the property and La Rochelle itself are highly recommended.

Très agréable appartement joliment décoré et fonctionnel petite terrasse tranquille. Il est idéalement situé proche du centre-ville et des plages je le conseille vivement. Petit plus à prévoir parasol surtout si canicule et micro onde.

L'appartement est conforme à la description et le propriétaire était facilement rejoignable. Cependant c'est un appartement de fumeur avec l'odeur de tabac froid imprégné dans tout et le ménage manquait un peu de fini. C'est dans un secteur de la ville très bruyant. Nous avons quitté avant la fin de notre séjour car cela ne nous convenait pas du tout.

Idéalement situé en pleine "vieille ville" Supérette, marché, resto, tout est à proximité Un peu galère pour se garer, nous avons opté pour le parking souterrain juste à côté mais payant, plus sécurisé. Propriétaire de très bon conseil concernant les restos bien côtés.

Emplacement idéal.
