This was the second apartment we stayed in on our trip and I wish we would have stayed here the whole time!! Great location and spacious apartment that comfortably accommodated 3 of us. Definitely recommend this place if you’re a shopper because it’s so close to the shopping. Jt also has some great restaurants close by!

Family loved our visit. We were within walking distance of most everything we wanted to do. Apartment itself while small for four people, was as advertised and nice. Only complaint was that the WiFi wasn’t working and wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay.

great location, good price, tucked away but 3 minutes from champs d’elysee
the winding staircase to the unit is a little difficult to navigate while handling a suitcase .but there are several very close indoor parking lots, and many restaurants within 200 metres

Small, Clean 1-bedroom off of Champs-Elysees
The apartment is one block off Champs-Elysees and the FDR Metro #1 Station. This was great as this metro line stops at top attractions. It was a small apartment for 2 people (bed against the wall) so not sure how 4 people can stay? The next time I go to Paris, I will stay in a hotel for these reasons: Place to leave luggage (I arrived at 10 am from an overnight flight and sat in a Starbucks until 3 pm; there is no place to leave your luggage as I looked into it); Internet that works (No internet in apartment and no one to fix problem); Having to worry about entering apartment (2 numerical codes and only 1 key). Lastly, there was administrative forms to fill out and a EUR 250 deposit to make in addition to reservation.

Great location - extremely tiny bedroom and bathroom/toilet room
The entire unit had an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew and it felt damp. It was especially horrid in the extremely tiny toilet room. If the door was even slightly open the bedroom filled with a musty moldy odor. There was no light in the tiny bedroom unless you had the shower room door open. There is barely any space to walk in the bedroom. We couldn’t even open the doors to the kitchen area as it also reeked of old musty mold. When closed it was tolerable to be in the room.
Also, the directions were great, up until when they failed to mention that once in the building, you need to go up the tiny staircase, in the dark, to find what they called a first floor unit. That would have been helpful as it was very frustrating trying to find the door. The only thing great was the location! The property was overall clean and nice. Just extremely tiny and the musty moldy smell gave us headaches whenever we were there.
