Firewood provided for your convenience.

The house rests above the river providing an even broader view of the river and mountain scenery. Outdoor entertaining and unwinding has never been better. Covered deck accessed from the great room or either master suite it offers ceiling fans, patio dining table, and comfortable seating. The lower level patio offers, hot tub, seating, patio table set, corn hole and charcoal grill.

Step inside River Rocks and have the conveniences of a plush bed & breakfast, but you don't have to share with other guests! The kitchen is well equipped offering range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (K-cup/regular drip combo) and other small appliances to prepare the family feast. Yes, serving is no problem with ample dinnerware. Farm style dining table comfortably seating 10. Floor to ceiling stone fireplace, Streaming-Roku TV and ample seating. Since some have to get work done on vacation, a work station is provided in the great room so you don't miss the conversations. Many books provided. Each side of the greatroom offers spacious Master Suite with king bed set, TV, dressing area and full bath.

Upper level offers king bedroom set, TV, twin bed and toddler bed. Full bath ensuite. Also loft reading nook.

Lower level offers game room with custom wet bar, wine cooler, fridge, and microwave. The sitting area boasts stone fireplace, comfortable seating, Roku TV, seating, 5 hole putting green, 2 twin bunk bed sets and full bath with jetted tub. Gameroom offers Air Hockey & Ping Pong. Children will enjoy all the games, toys and books specially left for their enjoyment. Just outside the game room unwind in the hot tub.
