Typical Périgord house with 30 m2 terrace. Not overlooked.
Fitted kitchen, shower room, wc, separate lounge with the option of converting it into a bedroom in the evening thanks to the sofa bed and blackout blinds over the glass roof and door for privacy. Office area in the entrance hall.
Upstairs, a bedroom of over 30 m2 with a double bed and 2 single beds.
Opposite the house, crossing the terrace, a 20 m2 bedroom with shower room and toilet. 1 covered parking space. Access to the house via a staircase to the right of the covered terrace.
Linen not included. Possibility of sheet kit for 2 people 20 euros per stay, 1 person 15 euros per stay. 1 bath towel 10 euros per stay. To be specified by message.
You can admire the hot-air balloon flights from the terrace. Within walking distance of the Dordogne and its beaches, and the shops at La Roque-Gageac. Carrefour contact in Cénac 4 km away.

Everything was wonderful

Das Haus hat eine wirklich nützliche Einrichtung, ist toll renoviert Die Lage hätte sogar mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Man wohnt in einem Postkarten-Idyll. Das könnte man sich nicht besser malen. Die Renovierung ist sehr gut gelungen. Es ist alles da, was man für ein Ferienhaus benötigt, die Aussicht auf der Terasse ist unglaublich schön. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Der Geruch im Haus ist merkwürdig. VIelen Dank für die tolle Zeit.
