Excellent location!!! We walked to New Belgium in the evenings, Ginger and Baker for coffee and breakfast and old town several times. So close to everything. It was nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. Everyone had their own private suite with comfortable beds, pillows and linens. Everyone enjoyed the house. Highly recommend!

Nice place!

It was a great place to stay, the unit was clean and with new furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Justin was very easy to get ahold of and accommodating. The place was set up with items we didn't have to run to the store first. Great location to Old Town.

About the host

Hosted by Justin Lorenz

Host profile image
I've lived in Fort Collins for 21 years, married with 3 kids. Work at HP and Intel my entire career and sold my first home to buy a unit for short term rental last year. I enjoy it so I bought another and aim to provide the same great service to both!

Why they chose this property

A mile from downtown Fort Collins, great alternative to staying at a hotel with multiple rooms. You'll have your privacy and room to congregate. Make a meal in the kitchen, use it as a landing spot for summer adventures. Also a block from the new Poudre Whitewater Park, always packed with families on the weekend!

What makes this property unique

Brand new furnishing, I've taken great care in trying to make my units stylish but functional and comfortable. You will not be disappointed.
