There are two bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm and air conditioning, a comfortable living and dining room with balcony facing south (great sea view!), a very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub/ shower and bidet. All rooms have air-conditioning, which can also be used for heating on cooler winter days. The flat is equipped with smart tv (40 inches) and a fast Internet connection/WLAN. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee and Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, fridge with 3 freezer compartments, dishwasher, washing machine. Ironing board and iron are also available. The most beautiful spot is the private large roof terrace: Here you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view and the peace and quiet above the roofs of Conil, perhaps with a cool drink on the sun loungers or on the comfortable lounge furniture that now have a roof to get some shade. The large and well-maintained community pool sits within a beautifully landscaped lawn with a few palm trees around it. (open all year round). A parking space in the subterranean parking is included in the rental price.
