The property stated its was downtown STL when it was located in Baden we got there it was a spire sign on the door letting them know they spire had been cut off no gas the whole stay couldn’t shower couldn’t cook literally the tv plug in the front room didn’t work so the tv didn’t work the room light also was out

We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we're sorry the stay fell short in these ways. We have updated the property location listing to reflect its actual location. The gas is now back on so guests can shower and cook during their stay. We also fixed the TV outlet in the front room so the TV works, and replaced the light bulb in the room.
