Twin trundle bed in the third bedroom, rockkng chair and more closet space. Hi-sped wi-fi and cable are included. Washer & dryer room in the unit. 2 dinning sets plus a desk offers plenty of playing, entertaning & work furniture.

This property is equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella & beach towels. Lots of board games, puzzles, books, toys and music players.

Property is conveniently located in North Naples, west of I75 on US41, 5 minutes away from several gorgeous white sandy beaches and spectacular sunsets. Explore the coast line from Naples to Sanibel and the barrier islands minutes away, go fishing, shopping, golfing. Fort Mayers airport (RSW) is 20min. away.

You will find basic condiments, coffee, filters, disposable gloves, paper towels, detergents, cleaning products, garbage bags, zip lock bags, soaps and detergents in the house.

Owners make this property available year-round whenever they are not vacationing there themselves. No smoking and no pets.
