Single-floor, brand-new HOT TUB, near Speedway, Downtown, Strip & MORE.

Welcome to our gorgeous modern house! Three stylish bedrooms w/ 2 bathrooms with grab bars, brand new 7ft pool table, 9ft dining table,multi-game set, full kitchen, large backyard.

Brand-new HOT TUB with 6 seats will be available beginning in late October.

In the commercial district, tons of restaurants, shopping centers, and more. Close to the STRIP, Airport, Convention Center, Speedway, etc. Perfect for businessmen, families, and groups of people. We will do our best to make your stay a 5-star experience, but please read our house rules FIRST(see them below).

HOUSE RULES:
We do require a security deposit of $800 for your booking, which is fully refundable, we will return it to you 3 days after your check-out.

☆ NO PETS.
According to federal laws, service animals are acceptable, but please inform us upfront.

Lovely home

We had a great stay at this home. Everything was beautiful and clean and was a great hike away from home. The owners were prompt in answering any questions. The hot tub was a great amenity. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Vegas Vacation

The owners Tom and Mei are very responsive to all inquiries. The house is spotless, beds very comfortable. The hot tub and pool table made our downtime away from the strip very enjoyable. It was the most relaxing trip to Vegas I have had in years. Plan on booking with them again.

Perfect Vegas Escape!

We stayed with a group total of 4 adults in mid-November 2023 and absolutely LOVED the spacious property! It was about 10-15 minutes by Uber to downtown. However, the strip was much longer around 30 minutes, so that wasn't the most ideal. That said, the property completely made up for it! We loved spending our mornings waking up early and getting into the hot tub (they provided test strips and we had no issues) to watch the sun rise and then head to the casinos. In the evenings, we would relax at home, shooting pool and hanging out. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of stores and there's an Amazon locker within a 10 minute walk. The owners graciously agreed to allow us to host a breakfast reunion with a few guests for an early holiday exchange, and it was the perfect setup. The only downfall we could think of would be that there wasn't a grill. That said, the kitchen was so well stocked with oils, seasonings, and pantry items... like the most stocked kitchen in a rental that I've ever seen. We reached out to the owners about donating our leftover food items, and they said they'd deliver them to a local food pantry for us. The owners were very responsive to any questions and provided great suggestions. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend booking this rental!

It was great until...

My family has pleaded with me to post a review from our stay in March but I have refrained until now. Just days away from June and our lingering scars are a daily reminder of our experience. Everything about the house was great. We enjoyed the location, property and amenities until...day 2 of using the hot tub my daughter developed a few painful and itchy bumps. By day 3 her bumps were widespread and very painful pustules. Another daughter broke out as well. Then a third daughter and myself. 3 doctors, 2 pharmacies, sleepless nights due to the discomfort, and we were diagnosed with severe cases of hot tub folliculitis. We notified the owners who did state that they drained and cleaned the hot tub prior to our arrival. They did compensate us with a partial refund of our stay. This covered our medical visits and the cost of our medication. But the lingering scars on our torsos and legs have prompted this review. No matter how clean or nice a location, an inbalance in chemicals or temperature of the water could result in a miserable experience. I recommend the property but would skip the hot tub. In fact, our family has decided we will opt to not use any VRBO hot tubs going forward.

Thank you, Karalee, we appreciate your feedback! Here is what we concluded as a fact from the professional environmental testing company on your case: We hired a professional environmental testing company, and they took a sample of the water from the hot tub to test right after your check-out. The conclusion was that this germ does not exist in the Nevada water supply it mostly could be found in the Midwest. Moreover, the hot tub was sanitized and filled with fresh water. Therefore, it could only be transferred from one person, who was already infected, to other hot tub occupants. So the conclusion is that one of the persons got infected and transmitted among them when they were in the hot tub. Therefore, we, the hosts, followed all cleaning and sanitizing processes as doing so for every single group prior to their check-in. We are a small family business, and always pay extra attention to detail. Here we are not responsible for the accident, which evidently was caused by the guests themselves, but as a gesture of goodwill, we still compensated them. Besides professional testing, we had to hire cleaners to thoroughly professionally clean and sanitize our hot tub. Both procedures were very costly and time-consuming. However, we did our part to clarify the source of the issue. We wish you and your family all the best! and welcome back anytime while you visit Las Vegas. Sincerely, Tom & Mei
