Fully Equipped - 3 Bedroom Vacation Retreat With Pool

Our home is fully equipped with all that you will need and close to shopping, restaurants, golf and much more. If you prefer you can relax by the pool in the sun or under the patio cover in the shade. We have 3 bedrooms - The master with it's own bathroom has a queen size bed and the second room with a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. All three rooms have their own TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you would need for any gathering. Also, the pool is not heated.

Very nice house. Everything was as the pictures showed. Pool is not heated so don't expect to use it in January. Great park about 2 blocks away - great for walking dogs. House was very clean and plenty of linens, dishes etc....Great private patio out back with plenty of chairs etc.... Grill worked great as well. Would highly recommend for anyone - especially families with children in the summertime.

The location was perfect. I had access to dog parks, multiple stores within walking distance. And the neighborhood the house is in extremely quiet and peaceful. Loved that.

The property manager was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. The property manager meet us at the property the day of our arrival snd kept us update regarding any actions that needed to be addressed. The property is in a great area for eating at various restaurants and there are grocery stores in the area. We would recommend this property.

Easy check in and check out. Good communication from host. House was clean and amenities in good working order. Loved the back yard pool and patio furnishings. Very cozy. Located about 20-30 minutes drive from the Strip depending on traffic but a great place to stay if you are exploring all of Las Vegas.

Mel joined the Army, where we spent 15 years of our lives. Many of those years we spent in Germany. We both love to travel. Our photo of us is at the Nuremberg airport on our last trip to Germany.
