Charming house with garden - last-minute-offers april/mai

The lovely holiday home Casa Caminito offers 2 bedrooms, living / dining area with fully equipped kitchen (stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine), bathroom with shower and toilet (completely renovated in 2019), smart-tv with German, English and French programs, WLAN / WiFi, air conditioning and washing machine. Comfortable patio chairs and loungers and a garden shower are available. New in 2024: Outdoor kitchen with a convenient gas barbeque and close sitting area. - Casa Caminito is indoors a non smoking house.

Casa Caminito is located in a quiet residential area a few kilometers from Altea. In cul de sac location, directly adjoining little pinewood with old trees, 3 terraces with shading and more seating in the back garden with sun option all day long, Casa Caminito offers mediterranean atmosphere in romantic tranquility with a big variety of places to see in the surroundings. Parking directly at the house within the property.
The nearby, large joint-use swimming pool with child-friendly flat area, but also long and deep enough to have fun and to swim laps (17 m pool), is welcoming, clean and not crowded at all. Pool and tennis court can be reached in a five minutes walk through a pine grove with mediterranean flora. Beautiful views of the Bernia Mountains.

Casa Caminito is also fine for winter rental : The house has central heating, fireplace, double glazing and a covered terrace, which heats up quickly and allows many hours outdoors in the cool season. Friendly care by our German property manager on site.

Water, electricity up to 50 kwh/week (extra electricity 0,35 Eu/kwh), WIFI and one set of bedlinen/towels (2 small, 2 big towels) for each person is included. Each extra set of bedlinen/towels available for 18,00 euros/person. Gaz heating is excluded as individual needs are rather different from person to person.

The next supermarket is located 1 km away. The popular pebble beaches in Altea and Albir Playa are within 4 or 5 km away. Long, fine sandy beaches, ideal for families with children, and all recreational opportunities are in Calpe and Benidorm, 10 km away.

In the surroundings there are the beautiful places Altea with a lively promenade and picturesque white Old Town, La Nucia and Polop with original, romantic nooks and crannies - typical spanish places that offer lots of atmosphere and where you like to linger. In the near Alfaz / Albir all facilities for vacation needs are available.
The nearby hinterland offers many excursions and hikes to mountain villages, nature parks, caves, lakes and impressive mediterranean landscapes and marvellous views for walking, cycling and car trips.
Benidorm and Calpe offer long sandy beaches and many leisure activities for everyone (water sports, boat trips, numerous attractions such as Mundomar, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica, safari park, shopping, nightlife, etc.) where you'll find something for every taste. Other recommended destinations are the picturesque Vilajoyosa, Alicante with its Castillo and diverse cultural offerings, the city of Elche Palm or the island Tabarca.

Quit and Nice House with good aircondition

Everything went very Smooth and we had a Nice holiday in the House. Very nice host and warmly welcome eventhough we arrived late at night. The kitchen had all you need for cooking for a Hole family. Good Working aircondition! Our best Recomandations.

De eigenaar is bijzonder gastvrij; het huis beschikt over de benodigde faciliteiten. Een goed uitgeruste keuken, een kleine maar handige douche (die ook nog eens snel warm wordt), prima slaapkamer met prima bedden. Het huis beschikt over verwarming (dat was voor ons doorslaggevend). Het huis zelf is niet groot, maar gezellig. Een kamer, twee slaapkamers, keuken, douchetoilet en een overdekte buitenruimte Als de zon schijnt, kun je buiten heerlijk op een terras aan de zijkant van het huis zitten. Er is vanuit de tuin geen uitzicht op de bergen noch op de zee. (Wel op de straat en op de tuin zelf) Parkeren is te doen, als je de slag te pakken hebt. De supermarkt is op 15 minuten loopafstand. Altea is 10 minuten met de auto, er zijn in het achterland tal van prachtige wandelingen te maken. Een prima uitvalsbasis voor mensen (vooral die met een huisdier), gezinnen om Altea en omliggen badplaatsen te bezoeken en om 's middags thuis in de tuin of op het terras een biertje te drinken. Extra gas en elektriciteit worden, uiteraard en dit staat ook vermeld bij de beschrijving, in rekening gebracht. Houd rekening met 25 per week in de winterperiode.

Thank you for your friendly words. Sitting in the garden, you have a mountain view to the left side and into the green pine trees beneath the property. Electricity is included up to 50 kwh/week which is already more than half of what one needs.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesen gemütlichen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der schöne mediterrane Garten und die Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein und sorgen für Entspannung. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Schon der Empfang vom Verwalter und die reich gefüllte Obstschale gaben uns das Gefühl willkommen zu sein.

Wasser, Wein und ein Obstkorb zur Begrüßung. Sehr aufmerksam. Freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Sauberer großer Pool in 5min fußläufig zu erreichen. Gemütliches kleines Haus mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen in 2 Schlafzimmern. Parken direkt vorm Haus möglich.

Sehr gemütlich und schön

Die Lage des Hauses war genau wie erwartet, Alfas, Altea, La Nucia und Benidorm in nur wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Supermarkt 5 Min. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Der Garten richtig schön. Die Übergabe war sehr angenehm , freundlich und unkompliziert. Wenn es nicht schon wieder gebucht wäre, hätte ich sofort neu gebucht.

Nous avons passé 10 jours à la Nucia! Nous avons eu un superbe accueil par Peter avec en prime une belle corbeille de fruits frais et une bouteille de vin! ☺️ La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très très calme. Dès notre arrivée nous sommes tombés sous le charme, la maison très bien equipée et très bien entretenue! Les lits sont confortables, La plancha est top, le jardin magnifique et la piscine à proximité est un vrai plus! En bref, nous avons tout adoré! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 🙏 encore merci!

Een rustig gelegen huis met grote tuin

We hebben een rustige vakantie gehad in Casa Caminito in Bello Horizonté, drie weken lang. De sleutelbeheerder Peter Thomas is zeer vriendelijk en lost probleempjes snel op. Het huis is goed uitgerust, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Goede bedden, alleen zijn de slaapkamers erg warm. Geen airco, maar slechts ventilators. Parkeerplaats is beperkt, soms moeilijk toegankelijk als er aan de straatkant wordt geparkeerd.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines à la maison Caminito en juillet 2024. Nous avons appréciés la grande terrasse, le jardin avec des endroits ombragés, la végétation, la grande piscine communautaire, ainsi que les nombreuses plages pour chien aux alentours. La cuisine est très bien équipée, rien de manque. Jolie télé avec chaines francaises 😃 ! Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée par Peter, corbeille de fruits, vins et eau fraiche au frigidaire 👍 ! Alles bestens. Immer wieder gerne!!!

Es waren drei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Haus. Alles war so, wie angekündigt und beschrieben, teilweise besser. Das Badezimmer ist wertig neu renoviert und man hat sofort heißes Wasser unter der Dusche. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer dort selbst Ferien machen und dadurch auch genau wissen, was einem dort fehlt und was das Leben angenehm macht. Teilweise sind es die kleinen Dinge wie der Bluetooth Lautsprecher, die Saftpressse, der ausgesprochen gepflegte Gasgrill und die ausgesuchten Küchenutensilien, die das Leben für den Gast angenehm machen. Der ausgesprochen nette und umgängliche Verwalter, Herr Thomas ist sehr freundlich, verlässlich und auch gegenüber außergewöhnlichen Wünschen nicht abgeneigt. Außerdem ist er vor Ort ständig erreichbar und kümmert sich. Besser geht nicht. Für mich war das auf dem Grundstück neben dem Haus befindliche Carport zum parken des Fahrzeuges ausgesprochen wichtig ,angenehm und ließ mich ruhig schlafen. Es handelt sich um eine ausgesprochen ruhige Wohngegend, so dass der Erholungsfaktor gegeben ist. Die Sicherheit im Haus ist durch Gitter gegeben. Schön ist es auch die Fenster nachts offen lassen zu können, weil sämtliche Fenster mit Insektenschutz versehen sind. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Gern werden wir wieder mal einen Urlaub hier verbringen wollen.

Nettes, gemütliches,kleines Ferienhaus

Wir haben hier zu viert unseren 10 tägigen Sommerurlaub verbracht. Wurden herzlichst von Herrn Thomas begrüßt und er hat uns alles gezeigt. Wünsche konnten wir jederzeit äußern, die auch sofort erfüllt wurden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Bei der großen Hitze schöne Schattenplätze. Wir nutzten jeden Tag den großen, sauberen Gemeinschaftspool. Erreichen in nur ca 5 Minuten durch einen kleinen Park. Von hier aus haben wir mit unserem Mietauto einige kurze Touren unternommen. Das Häuschen lädt zur Wiederholung ein, dann sicher mal im Frühjahr oder Winter. Denn in der Umgebung sind viele schöne Wanderwege.

Casa Caminito, La Nucia

Todo perfecto. Recibimiento a pie de casa y seguimiento de entrada (Piter Tomás) correcto y agradable de lo que quedamos agradecidos. Los anfitriones igualmente atentos y agradables, comunicativos y serios. La casa perfecta, tiene mucho menaje de cocina y es comoda de habitar, los colchones perfectos y el baño actual y practico. El exterior con un porche precioso, el jardin muy bonito y cuidado con varios espacios para estar. Hay tumbona, hamacas y sillas de jardin, todo en perfecto estado y limpio. La unica pequeña pega que le podria poner es la falta de antena normal de TV, por lo que la mayoría de los canales son extranjeros via satelite y la TV es antigua, una pena ya que teniendo WIFI la exprriencia seria perfecta. La ubicacion de la casa es perfecta, cerca de todo en la zona y super tranquila. La piscina estupenda y el entorno muy agradable.

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wie bereits einige Beurteiler anführten: In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man fürs Leben braucht ( sogar ein Anspitzer, den ich tatsächlich benutzt habe ). Auf der Terrasse sitzt man gemütlich und ruhig. Wir konnten jeden Tag draußen frühstücken ( im Oktober). Die Betten sind bequem und rückenfreundlich. Trotz (hoch-)sommerlicher Temperaturen von täglich mindestens 25° war es im Haus angenehm. Das Highlight für mich war der ( riesige! ) Gemeinschaftspool, den ich täglich benutzt habe und der fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar ist. Außer mir war fast nie jemand da- herrlich! Wir haben den Urlaub ( 3 Wochen ) sehr genossen und wären sogar gern noch geblieben, zumal uns das Verlassen Spaniens bei sommerlichen Temperaturen in Richtung Deutschland, wo uns launisches Herbstwetter erwartete, wehmütig gestimmt hat. Wenn es sich ergibt, werden wir gern noch einmal zurückkommen.

Maison de vacances idéale

Tout etais parfait, un plateau de fruits, une bouteille de vin et une bouteille d'eau nous attendait en guise de bienvenue, tous ce dont vous avez besoin ce trouve dans cette charmante maison : un magnifique jardin tres bien entretenu, des transats, une douche extérieure, des essuies pour la piscine, des essuies pour la douche, de la vaisselle de toute sorte, des draps de lit sur les matelas très confortables,des raquettes de tennis des balles , des raquettes de plage une superbe piscine tres propre un terrain de tennis. A 5 min de la plage et du centre historique de Altea très beau village A 20 min d une superbe cascade et piscine naturelle d une rivière " las fuentes de l algar " un parque aquatique a 15 min " aqualandia " des sport nautique au puerto de Altea, a 5 min des marchés, centre commercial bref de tous très proche pour tous les goûts vraiment nous avons passé des superbes vacances avec nos ados. nous y retourneront tres certainement.

Das tolle Gefühl zu Hause zu sein!

Die Casa Caminita ist ein kleines und gemütliches, im spanischen Stil gestaltetes, Haus mit einem schönen großen Außenbereich. Die Ausstattung hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts!! Wir konnten unseren Urlaub mit unseren Hunden in der Casa Caminita wundervoll geniessen und kommen gerne nächtes Jahr wieder!

Unas vacaciones que seguro repetiremos .

Nos ha encantado esta casa ,está muy bien preparada y equipada para pasar unas vacaciones ,además cuenta con parking para el coche ,un jardín amplio y lo mejor de todo que nos permitieran alojarnos con nuestras mascotas,la playa Can de Altea a pocos km,la piscina comunitaria poco concurrida,la casa estaba muy limpia,los anfitriones muy amables, la comunicación con ellos muy buena y el matrimonio que nos entregó las llaves muy amables también,en fin seguro que volveremos.

Vacaciones tranquilas en una acogedora y agradable cas

Hemos pasado 3 semanas en un alojamiento tranquilo, bien acondicionado y aprovisionado destacar el jardín que se encuentra muy cuidado lo que nos ha hecho sentir cómodos como si estuviéramos en casa. . El entorno de la urbanización también ha sido agradable y tranquilo con la piscina comunitaria poco frecuentada que se encuentra a 5 minutos de la casa Los alrededores Playa de Poniente de Benidorm así como Altea, Calpe, Guadalest que ya conocíamos de hace años y hemos encontrado algo cambiados nos han seguido pareciendo muy bonitos, por lo que la visita es casi obligada.
