Our high quality holiday home has a living area of ​​70 m² and is located on a 1400 m² fully fenced plot. It is located in a quiet residential area between pine and cypress trees on the outskirts of Salles d'Aude.
The holiday home is next to a privately used house.
The nearest sandy, kilometer-long beach is just 7 km, easy to reach by car or bike between the Aude and the la Clape. Bakers, fruits and. Grocery store and large well-stocked Supermarche are in place. The house measures 70 m², has 2 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. High-quality mattresses were particularly important.
