Wonderful location and property. Nicely renovated house, 1 big br upstairs and 2 smaller ones. Showers are small. Lots of light and plenty of operable windows
Great location, it felt centrally located to explore much of the Cape. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the house had great seating. Only recommendation I would have for guests is to bring your own pillow and if you are 6 ft. and taller (as all of us are) know your feet will hang off the end of the beds. Regardless, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hi Nikki
Thank you for staying with us and for your review, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate the feedback regarding the pillows and the bed and will share it with the property owner. We look forward to hosting you again .
We enjoyed our stay at the Cape Escape. The home was clean and spacious. Great for hosting family dinners. The kitchen was well stocked with many dishes and cooking tools. The primary bedroom's bed was extremely comfortable. The listing mentions an outdoor shower but there wasn't one. It would be helpful to guests if there was an informational binder. All in all it was a terrific vacation.
Spacious and comfortable home and all the appliances and bathrooms worked well (thank you!). Property was lovely and well kept. However the location was not a good fit for my family. Harwich Road is a very busy street and the house is located a few houses away from 6A. Very, very busy intersection. Beaches were close by but because of the location (read: very busy street and intersection) we were unable to walk to the beach.

Thank you for taking the time in providing us your feedback. At Gibson SIR, it’s our highest priority to make sure our guests have the best experience possible. With that being said, all homes are represented accordingly to what the owners have transcribed and encourage all our guests to make sure they read the full details of the listing they have booked, and to call us with questions regarding amenities, stocked items, map of area of where the home is located to ensure you are happy during your stay. Harwich Road can be busy as it serves as a cross street to other neighboring streets. Please let us assure you that we value your feedback, and your comments have been passed along to the homeowner. Thanks again for your flexibility and patience and we wish you all the best. Gibson SIR - Rental Team
Some updates seem to have been performed on this house. The setting is almost park-like, with plenty of outdoor sitting. House itself is simple. No dishwasher, no dryer. Plumbing makes interesting sounds, but works. Upstairs shower is more of a trickle, but downstairs shower is nice. Master bedroom A/C window unit humming very loudly - couldn't use it. Beach is not far away, definitely doable by bike (limited parking spaces).

loved the house, clean comfortable and perfect for my family
It was a great place and location. Property Management was easy to work with. Only thing I’d say is they put out list of all the “household items” you need to bring and it wasn’t necessary. House was stocked. We added a few things like toilet paper and paper towel as we ran out but they had most things that were on list.

The house is a quintessential Cape cottage. Its older, but very clean and well kept and was perfect for what we needed (mainly a place to sleep while we were out all day).
